Please stop
Could Radio 4 please stop going on about sex? I'm no prude, but honestly, they're sex mad on there just now and they're all so trying-not-to-be-embarrassed-about-it. It's just not comfortable. Much more and I'll be forced to start listening to Radio 2.

there's always sex in the archers, isn't there? what about jolene in the shower? i haven't got over that yet.
Oh yes, good point *shudder*
But - Jolene aside - I don't mind pretend sex in dramas. What was annoying me in September was the station deciding it was having a sex week and all the announcers and presenters trying to pretend they were really cool, young and hip about it.
"This week, we're talking about SEX. Case Notes examines sexual dysfunction. The Sex Lives of Us: A snapshot of British sexual attitudes and preoccupations through anecdote and frank talking. What do we get up to in the bedroom and beyond, and how do we feel about it?"
It was just... wrong!
